Loudoun County has an extensive bus network which makes it easy for those without a car to travel many places in and around the County.

Bus Route 70, known popularly as 7-to-7-on-7, is the main bus route with stops along highway Route 7, from Sterling to Leesburg.

On most routes, the fare is $1.00 per trip. Exact change is required as bus drivers are unable to make change.

The Inova Loudoun Hospital stop is the closest to our office. Both east and west-bound buses on bus route 70 (7-to-7-on-7) stop at the Hospital every ½ hour. From the Inova Loudoun Hospital, Mosaic-Virginia is across Riverside Parkway and down Deerfield Avenue, the second building on the left.
