At Mosaic Virginia, we want to make sure you have access to free medical services, information and resources to make the best decision for you.

What services do you offer?

We offer medical services with compassion, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and STI testing. We also offer pregnancy education classes, support and resources. All of our services are free and confidential. Book an appointment.

How much do services cost?

All of our services and support are completely free! We want to alleviate any financial pressure you may be feeling right now. You don’t need health insurance either. We are supported by funds from donors and organizations. that want to help women.

Mosaic Virginia has four convenient locations in Northern Virginia:

  1. Alexandria

  2. Fairfax

  3. Herndon

  4. Lansdowne

How do I know if I'm pregnant?

Common pregnancy symptoms include:

  • Tender, swollen breasts

  • Nausea with or without vomiting

  • A missed period

  • Food aversions or cravings

  • Increased urination

A pregnancy test is the only way to know for sure that you’re pregnant. Book a free pregnancy test appointment.

How do I get an appointment?

To book an appointment, you can call or text us. You can also submit a form from our contact page. We will usually get back to you within one business day. We are here for you! (If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest ER.)

Do I need an ultrasound?

If you think you’re pregnant, an ultrasound can tell you three important things:

  1. Whether you have a viable pregnancy

  2. Where the pregnancy is located

  3. How far along you are (gestational age)
